Mark and Jane believe that our naturally reared meat makes for a happier animal and a tastier product.
Our husbandry ethics are very simple, we give our animal more of a life making sure that it is seasonally produced and naturally reared which give a better muscle conformation and has a flavour of bygone years.
We use a small family run abattoir in Wisbech where they are respectful and look after the animal until the end.
We dry hang our Abberdeen Angus/Highland/British white beef for 28 days.
Our supplies are limited because we are small and we prefer quality rather than quantity.
